Donor Spotlight: Beth and Tom Talbert

Leading by example is the modus operandi for Beth and Tom Talbert. Both have spent their careers demonstrating leadership in communications, service to community, and promoting excellence—Beth in academics and community service, and Tom in the corporate arena and local government. As they approach retirement, they found a way to perpetuate their positive impact and help students who have few resources available. Through their estate, the Talberts plan to establish an endowed fund to assist future OU students who have been in foster care and who need help with living expenses while they complete their educations.
